Integrated Macro Vickers Hardness Tester System with Side Touch Screen

After focus well, just press 'Start' key, machine will automatic testing and measurement, hardness value automatically display on screen, very easy operation. Software support AUTO + MANUAL measure mode.

Main Features of Vickers Hardness Tester:

• Integrated hardness tester, image process system, hardness measurement software system and computer system in one, more scientific and concise structure, and more easier operation.
• Equipped with double touch screen. Double insurance of stable working performance. On front touch screen panel can do testing and measurement by machine independently; On side touch screen panel can do automatic measure or manual measure by software. Even one of the screen was damage machine still can running normally.
• On side panel touch screen can control machine turret. Press 'start' key on side touch screen, machine will automatic working and indentation will display on screen directly. Software automatic measure and automatically display hardness value. Side touch screen panel can connect with internet through wifi, and can work together with wireless keyboard and mouse.
• Machine support automatic indentation measuring or Manual measuring work mode. And on test report can display case depth, hardness curve, hardness value, conversion value, test force, dwell time, indentation image, etc.

Main Functions of Software:
1. Auto hardness measurement: With a click of a button, the software automatically measures the diagonals of the indentation, calculates the hardness value  and  the statistics;
2. Hardness curve: With the depths of test points by user input, the software automatically plots the hardness curve(s); User may save and load the depths in a depth template file for later testing for convenience;
3. Conversion, compensation, and validation: Converts HV to other hardness scales;Validates the test results with sample dimensions; Compensates the test results with respect to sample cylindrical/spherical diameters;
4. Statistics: Automatically updates the statistical values such as average, min and max, standard deviation,Cp and Cpk;
5. Auto-alarm: Automatically marks the out of spec measurements;
6. Test report: Automatically generates WORD or EXCEL report with customizable template;
7. Data archiving: Measurement data and images can be saved in one file for later retrieval;
8. Knoop Scale: Can be configured for Knoop Scale measurement;
9. Other Functions: Includes the basic functions of imaging system such as image capture, camera calibration, image processing, geometric measurement, document labeling, album management, and printing with specified magnifications.
10. FRACTURE TOUGHNESS TESTING, Kc(kic) value can be measured as a standard function.
