Product Description:

1. Product Overview
MHVD1000AP Automatic Turret Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is specially developed for bearing factories and heat-treatment workshops.
Heavy integral cast iron frame reduces workshop vibration and delivers stable and repeatable test data for mass-produced bearing parts including raceway, roller, inner sleeve and shaft components.
2. Core Advantages
1 Automatic four-station turret lowers manual operation error during batch hardness inspection of quenched bearing work pieces.
2 10X electronic encoder eyepiece accurately tests shallow hardened layer from 5 micron to 100 micron on bearing surface.
3 Large digital LCD display screen shows test force dwell time and hardness value clearly for workshop operators.
4 Built-in thermal printer and RS232 port export test results. Hardness data can be saved to PC for factory quality audit.
5 100 by 100mm XY moving table can fix tiny bearing inner rings and irregular shaft samples conveniently.
6 Automatic loading dwell and unloading system improves test-result consistency for long-time batch detection.
7 All test results comply with ISO ASTM GB T standards, which meets quality inspection requirements of auto bearing manufacturers.
