Features:
1. Near-infrared non-contact test, Real-time display of moisture content changes on the production line, no need for pre-processing of samples, samples in closed spaces can also be tested by penetrating colorless glass (light transmittance greater than 95%) , which ensure the integrity of the samples and meet the requirements of the test environment.
2. The instrument is easy to operate. After being installed at the location where the test is required, samples are taken near the test point to test the moisture content using the laboratory standard method. Only the standard test data and instrument data need to be compared, and the translation amount and sensitivity parameters can be adjusted to complete the calibration and start running.
3. Strong anti-interference ability, the probe has the function of automatically compensating for temperature effects, and changes in ambient temperature basically do not affect the measurement accuracy; the instrument performance is not affected by changes in various ambient light, and there is no need to install a light shield on the probe when using it; the sintered filter element dust cover is standard, and the interference of trace dust and water vapor can be eliminated by connecting the air source.
4. The probe has a built-in MCU and adopts full digital computing. It has strong optical signal processing capabilities and a higher ability to judge light-absorbing materials such as black. At the same time, the visible light signal measurement is added, which significantly reduces the impact of color changes and has a stronger adaptability to complex test sites.
5. Diverse input and output interfaces, free protocol/MODBUS-RTU (read and write, support remote parameter modification and calibration); RS485 (three channels), DC4-20MA (one channel), IO input and output, 2-channel input, input shutdown signal to stop measurement, 2-channel 24v output, alarm lights can be installed.
6. Stable and reliable, using waterproof power supply module, aluminum alloy shell, IP67 grade, AC 90-220V 50/60hz global voltage adaptation. The probe power supply is DC24V, low-voltage power supply is safer, more stable, and effectively reduces the failure rate. The light source power supply is DC5V stabilized voltage, the voltage rises slowly when the power is on, and the light source is protected when the machine is turned on and off.
