Advantages:

5.Operation steps: 1) Put specimen on working table, then manual load pre-load, then machine automatic load main force (load - dwell - unload automatically), make an indentation on specimen; 2) Put the specimen under portable measuring microscope to measure D1, D2 value; 3) Input D1, D2 value into machine, then the hardness value will display on LCD screen directly, no need to check table and calculate, operation very easy.
Test Principle:
The typical test uses a 10 millimetres (0.39 in) diameter steel ball as an indenter with a 3000 kgf (29 kN; 6600 lbf) force. For softer materials, a smaller force is used; for harder materials, a tungsten carbide ball is substituted for the steel ball.
