Features:

1. Automatic testing process, just press one key machine will automatic focus, automatic loading and automatic measurement and automatic get test result.
2. The test force value ranges from 31.25-3000kgf;12 kinds of Brinell scales, which can be customized by users;
3. The Z-axis rises and falls automatically. After placing the sample, it rises automatically and begins to make an indentation. 
4. Closed-loop control, high precision load cell design, automatic loading - dwell - unloading, and automatic measure indentation and automatic get hardness value; And no need to install the weight, no need to install debugging, easy installation and maintenance.
5. Automatic turret, indenter position and measurement position automatic switch;
6. On screen can do calibration work easily with standard hardness block.
7. Large test space, allow maximum sample height 305mm and throat depth 195mm, big sample can be tested;
8. Digital eyepiece with encoder, make measure work very easier.
9. One time casting machine body, structure more sturdy.

1. With hardness conversion function, can convert to Rockwell, Vickers, Knoop, etc hardness value directly based on the needs.
2. Optional work with camera and software system to do automatic hardness measure work, generate customized report.
