High Precision Brinell Hardness Tester With Brinell Indenter And Block

Features:
1.Equipped with touch screen panel, menu structure, easy for operation.
2.Closed loop with load cell, test force from 62.5kgf to 3000kgf.
3.Automatic load - dwell - unload main test force.
4.With 10 grades test force, each test force with automatic calibration function.
5.One time casting shell, not metal sheet welding one by one, structure more stable, ensure test result with more higher accuracy;
6.Special design low nose design, suitable for all kinds of labs.
7.Can work with Brinell Indentation Image Measurement software system, support on PC do auto measurement or manual measurement, and generate test report automatically.
8.Operation steps: 1) Put specimen on working table, then manual load pre-load, then machine automatic load main force (load - dwell - unload automatically), make an indentation on specimen;  2) Put the specimen under portable measuring microscope to measure D1, D2 value;  3) Input D1, D2 value into machine, then the hardness value will display on LCD screen directly, no need to check table and calculate, operation very easy.

Application range:
Suitable for cast iron, steel products, nonferrous metals and soft alloys etc. Also suitable for some nonmetal materials such as rigid plastics and Bakelite etc.
