C-shape Portable Rockwell Hardness Tester PR-150CM
Simple Introduce:
- It is used for rapid testing of extra-long, extra-thick, extra-heavy, shaped and assembled equipment parts that cannot be tested on a bench-top machine, and for testing finished and semi-finished heat-treated parts of all shapes and sizes.
- The instrument can test flat or curved workpieces, as long as the workpieces can be clamped and the tested surface is perpendicular to the indenter.
- It is used for production inspection and acceptance inspection, and can replace the less accurate Impact Leeb hardness tester.
- Accurately test large moulds, forgings, shafts, tubes and other large metal parts. Tests heat-treated workpieces that are annealed, normalised, tempered, quenched, carburised and induction hardened.
- Small indentation, faster test speed, can be used as non-destructive testing for piece-by-piece inspection of finished or semi-finished workpieces.
