UTM-100EW is a new generation of microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine.It is mainly used for testing mechanical performance indexes of various metals, nonmetals and composite materials such as stretching, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, etc.The system adopts microcomputer closed-loop control, has a wide and accurate loading speed and force measuring range, and has higher accuracy and sensitivity in the measurement and control of load and displacement.The equipment is suitable for manufacturing industries such as metals, safety belts,adhesives, pipes, profiles, aerospace, petrochemical industry, waterproof coiled materials, wires and cables, textiles, fibers, rubber, ceramics, food, medical packaging, geotextiles, films, wood, paper and other manufacturing industries as well as product quality supervision departments at all levels. Product structure and performance:
1. Host structure:
The main machine is connected to the vertical beam, a moving beam and an a workbentch through a column and a ball screw to form a rigid floor-type frame structure; a domestic AC servo motor and an AC servo speed regulating system are installed under the worktable; and the AC servo motor drives the rotation of the double ball screw by the synchronous toothed belt deceleration structure so as to drive the double ball screw to rotate, which drives the moving beam to move up and down to load and test the samples.
2. System composition:
The system consists of high-precision sensors, high-precision electronic extensometer (optional), servo motor, special independent controller, special measurement and control software and mainstream brand microcomputer.
3. FastTest English version of special measurement and control software
The FastTest (electronic) English version of the special measurement and control software has a multi-functional software package, accoding to the requirements of users in different industries to meet the testing standards in various industries. It has modular and open design. It not only provides the commonly used basic test solution results of GB, ASTM, DIN, ISO, JIS and other standards, but also allows users to design different calculation formulas according to their own requirements to solve the required results. It also provides a test report template that allows users to freely design formats to meet the user's personalized needs and styles of test reports.The user interface supports Windows operating system,
3.1 Operating interface: the all English display operating interface which makes it be simple and easy to understand for users.
3.2 Device management function: including the device parameter setting, device online or offline management, controller parameter setting, PID parameter online or offline adjustment, sensor direction identification, sensor default calibration, sensor calibration, sensor verification, etc.
3.3 Guided program editing: it can be realized combined operation mode by editing the operation plan, various control modes such as force control, displacement control and deformation control to meet the requirements of any static test operation. Test parameters such as operating parameters settings, sample parameter settings, operating condition settings, and test result project management can be set. It can carry out test operation management, such as starting test operation, test operation process management, test status management and indication display management.
3.4 Support data uploading system: Bring more than 20 kinds of domestic common data uploading interfaces, and have extended support functions.
3.5 Curve management and analysis:
During the test run, the test process is displayed in real time through single graph or multi-graph curves;
In the non-test running state, single or multiple test curves are displayed through query mode;
Curve coordinates can be preset or set online.
Test data can be traversed through curves.
The curve can be panned, scaled, etc.
Feature points can be displayed on curves and feature points can be modified and saved.
The curve can be printed out independently or embedded in the test report.
