Large capacity multifunctional metallographic sample cutting machine, mainly used to cut cylindrical and polygonal and irregular general metallographic specimen materials such as tabs, the machine is a double hood fully enclosed structure and fast clamping mechanism. The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed double housing and a quick clamping mechanism to ensure that the specimen is cut in absolute safety. In order to avoid overheating during cutting and burning the specimen material, the machine is equipped with a strong cooling system, which can avoid micro-burns on the surface of the specimen when cutting down, increase the cutting cross-section, improve the utilisation rate of the cutting wheel, and has the advantages of easy operation, maintenance and maintenance.
Machine version: vertical. Machine are mainly made up of the upper (safety cover), the middle (frame), the right sliding door, the side hinged door, the lower frame (electrical box), clamps, rinsing water gun, cooling water tank (independent).

10. Adopts electromechanical separation structure to effectively protect electrical safety, which has convenient maintenance and long service life.
11. Equipped with explosion-proof transparent observation window, cutting status can be observed in real time.
12. With alarm function, motor overloaded or door not close well system will alarm.
13. Adjustable stepless speed 500-3000r/min, Suitable for precision cutting of various materials.
14. The double-opening structure of sliding door and hinged door can more conveniently load large workpieces in the appropriate position, and the workpieces can be sent into the cutting chamber from the top, front and left directions.
15. The cutting chamber adopts fully enclosed structure and the safety lock is closed when cutting, which is safe and reliable.

Structure and Screen Function Introduction:
The automatic operation is divided into Y-axis direction, X-axis direction, and Z-axis direction which controlled by stepping motor and operated by touch screen.

The panel is equipped with touch screen, and start, stop, emergency stop button switch. After the equipment is powered up, turn on the main power switch, press the start button to power up the system, and press the stop button to power down the system. Emergency stop button is the emergency stop button of the system, press it to stop the action.
