Main features:
1. Single working plate, standard plate dimension 250mm, 50% larger than normal grinding-polishing machine
2. Six pieces Φ30mm samples can be polished simultaneous
3. Single point pneumatic holding, no demo gripper
4. Grinding and polishing procedure (rough and fine) are continuously done, no machine transition
5. Frequency Converter control, three-level constant speed mode and variable Speed mode:
5.1 Three level constant speeds: customer can define three common speeds for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing
5.2 Eight sections programmable control, automatically stop, convenient for customer getting metallographic demos
6. Through the use of solenoid valve to control the water on and off, grinding disc under the automatic spray cleaning device, can clean the inner wall of the tank
7. Easy replacement of magnetic anti-stick disk, you can complete a variety of sample coarse, fine grinding and coarse, fine polishing and other processes, One plate is equivalent to N plates
