Full-Automatic Load Cell Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester with Head Up and Down

Features:

1. Head move up and down design, measuring head automatic clamp the workpiece, fully automatic loading test force, no need manual give initial force;
2. Close loop design, adopted high accuracy load cell instead of dead weights, select test force and scales on screen directly, no need switch select load handwheel, greatly improved working efficiency;

5. The color touch screen will display hardness value, conversion value, test force, loading curve, dwell time, test status bar, indenter info. etc directly, indicator responses sensitively, show the hardness value accurately;
6. Press one key, machine head automatic move down and automatic loading - dwell - unloading test force, automatic get hardness value;

Working principle of Rockwell hardness test:
The Rockwell scale is a hardness scale based on indentation hardness of a material. The Rockwell test determines the hardness by measuring the depth of penetration of an indenter under a large load compared to the penetration made by a preload. There are different scales, denoted by a single letter, that use different loads or indenters. The result is a dimensionless number noted as HRA, where A is the scale letter.
